Brethren,
It is less than two weeks to our picnic and I for one am looking forward to it. This truly the only family event the district does every year and it is very relaxing and just plain good fun. The district is providing hamburgers, hot dogs and buns, as well we will have an assortment of soda and water. Please bring a covered dish and your lawn chairs or maybe just a blanket to spread. The "Almost Famous Four" will be providing the music and they did a great job last year, lots of good entertainment. Don’t forget there is swimming for the kids and the adult kids as well as fishing the lake if you so choose. The date is Sunday July 24, 2016. We plan to eat at 1:00pm and this year we will get the grill down next to the shelter area so you can watch your food cooking and get really hungry. See you there!
We do not need formal reservations but please email a count to Chip Udischas or Steve Salyer by July 17 so we can plan for the amount of meat and drinks to purchase.
Fraternally Yours
