"U-40" Meeting

The “U 40” meeting be held at the Heath Complex Saturday September 26th at 10:00 am , 875 Irving Wick-Drive, Heath, Ohio. Please select Brethren and send their contact information to me as soon as you can. See additional information below and in the attached file.
WB Adam Wilson will open the “U 40” meeting, describe the format, select a Brother to facilitate, and another to act as scribe. He will not direct or influence the meeting content other than remind participants of the goal. District Deputies will provide, refreshments, blank flip charts for notes during brainstorming by the attendees, handouts of the questions and other required materials. Only the participants, and WB Wilson will be in the meeting. We are asking all 22 Lodges in the District to select one Brother that fits the 40 and under criteria. We realize not all of our District Lodges have Brethren that fit the criteria, so we will be able to ask for more than one from the Lodges that do have multiple Brothers that fit the criteria. Out of those attending two will be selected to participate in a meeting in Columbus on October 17th. We know this activity is in addition to very busy September schedule, but your help in getting these Brothers identified and selected is needed as soon as you can possibly do so. Please contact any DEO, or District Deputy with the names, contact information or questions. The meeting end time is open as not to curtail creativity or the brain storming process. Reminder: The Brothers selected may be an E/A, F/C, or a M/M, that is in good standing. For those Masters that have already responded, THANK YOU!
